How long does delivery take?
Dubai orders arrive same-day or next-day when placed before 2pm. Other emirates take 2–3 business days. You'll receive tracking updates via WhatsApp and email.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery across the UAE on all orders. No minimum order value required.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Absolutely. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE, as well as credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.
How do I care for my new plant?
Each plant comes with a care card. Generally: avoid overwatering, place in appropriate light, and mist regularly in AC environments. Visit our Plant Care Guide for detailed tips by plant type.
My plant arrived with yellow leaves — is it healthy?
Minor yellowing can happen during transit and is normal. Give your plant a few days to acclimate. If issues persist beyond 7 days, contact us and we'll help or replace it under our guarantee.
How often should I water my indoor plants in the UAE?
Most indoor plants in the UAE need watering once a week. AC environments dry plants faster, so misting 2–3 times weekly helps. Always check the top inch of soil — water only when dry.
What is your return policy?
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it free of charge. We want every plant to arrive in perfect condition.
What if my plant dies within the first month?
Our 30-day Plant Protection guarantee covers you. If your plant doesn't thrive despite following our care advice, contact us with photos and we'll arrange a replacement.
Do you offer plant styling or office greenery services?
Yes! We provide plant styling consultations for homes and offices across the UAE. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your space and we'll curate the perfect selection.
Can I visit your nursery?
We're based in Dubai and welcome visitors. Contact us to schedule a visit — we'd love to help you choose plants in person.
